Everyone is on a lifestyle journey, Dan is no different. His passion for fitness started during his time in the United States Marine Corps and has since grown to a desire for a holistic robust lifestyle through healthy eating and consistent movement. Dan loves to cook and bake whole food meals with his wife and two sons. He takes great pleasure in running through the woods and dunes of the West Michigan lakeshore, taking in all of God’s great creation.
